Ruben Edelstein served as mayor from 1975-79.  One of Brownsville's greatest citizens.

You might find a copy at your local library (in Brownsville, Texas, that is.)  This is an original cover design.  The cover is the same but the title font was changed but this is what it looks like.  It's a self-published book so don't expect to find it on Amazon or anything like that.
