It's from a 1940's photo postcard. You'd have to look up copyright but it's still a pretty common PC you can find on Ebay. I knew I should have erased that malicious fingerprint on this print when it was colorized but it serves as a good example as to what happens to these old photos when not handled carefully.
Is there a way to license this photo for a documentary?
