That's the wrong building. Skateland wasn't where Convergys (Formally Handy Dan) was. Skateland was where the Texas Human Resource office is now on Price near Paredes.
You are correct in stating that the building was formerly Handy Dan's and recently Convergys. However, I am relying on the address listed in the advertisement and it's photo which is very similar to the former Handy Dan/Convergys building. According to Google, that address is the next building up W Price Rd which we can safely assume is not correct.
