  1. It's been closed and dilapidated for years with old mattresses piled high in the back waiting to be set on fire and the city does nothing. For shame. For shame.

  2. Yes we know it is a haven for druggies and graffiti taggers but complaining about that here makes no difference here does it? Maybe you should complain to city commission or heritage district people or owner.
